Engineering Spec Service

Engineered Service to ISO 9001 + AS 4024 Plant Safety

Hydraulic flow recalibration · Tier 4 Final emissions audit · excavator dig-depth and breakout verification for mass earthworks and quarry fleets.

Service Tiers by Worksite Duty

Each tier writes haul-road kilometers, dig cycles and attachment hours into a scoped ISO 9001 service contract so procurement can audit uptime before the next pour window.

Tier Inclusion Boom / Hydraulic Audit Documentation
T1 Mass Earthworks 24/7 dispatch · travel-motor warranty Quarterly slew-bearing & track-tension ISO 9001 audit pack + Tier 4 NOx log
T2 Aggregate / Quarry Scheduled bucket & tip rotation Monthly hydraulic pressure & ISO 4406 sample Wear-rate trend chart for rock buckets
T3 Foundation Dig Dig-depth verification before pour Pin gauge, stick geometry, breakout check Pour-window excavator readiness report
T4 Highway Cut & Fill Pre-season attachment calibration Quick-hitch torque · breaker circuit verify MoE earthworks density support pack

Four-Step Reliability Methodology

  1. 01

    ISO 9001 Service Scope

Haul-road kilometers, dig counts and attachment hours are written into the service contract so both EPC engineers and fleet managers share one uptime definition.

  2. 02

    Tier 4 Final Emissions Audit

DPF and SCR samples under load follow the ISO 8178 C1 cycle and are submitted to the project EHS officer before urban or highway bid packages close.

  3. 03

    Dig-Depth & Breakout Verification

Stick pin NDT, boom clearance and hydraulic pressure checks confirm excavator digging depth and breakout force before critical foundation pours.

  4. 04

    Reliability Reporting

MTBF, MTTR and ISO 4406 hydraulic cleanliness trends are signed by the Komatsu reliability lead and issued to the engineer of record.

Service Scope Boundaries

ISO 9001 service riders cover the conditions below; work outside these limits is quoted as a separate engineering change.
